I was searching Facebook long lost friends and saw your picture. I couldn’t see any way of contacting you on Facebook, so went to your links and found this site.
I take it you are a shoulder specialist? How bizarre! I sustained a shoulder injury whilst playing golf in India a couple of months ago. I had an MRI scan a couple of weeks ago and it revealed that I had an “impinged tendon”. I’ve not seen the results. Essentially, it feels like something is sitting awkwardly just below my right shoulder on the outer arm and I occasionally have moderately painful seizures or spasms where I have to pull on something with my arm straightened to bring relief. I know I strained it by trying to hit the ball too hard!
I thought that rather than just say “hi” I would throw you a puzzle to work out for me! My doctor has told me that if I want to see a physio, it would probably be in a couple of months time on the national health. Any ideas what I could do to ‘cure’ the old shoulder, like say rolling a ball like in your video, or would you recommend getting physio treatment tailored to my specific injury.
Nice to see and hear you mate and glad to see you seem to be doing well for yourself.
